Ingredients
1/2 ripe banana
large handful of fresh spinach leaves
1.5 scoops (about 25g) of protein powder
200 ml unsweetened almond milk
200 ml water
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz for a couple of minutes.
Serve in a glass with a few ice cubes.
Enjoy!
