Treat yourself to a 21-day challenge to shift a few pounds and put back some summer sparkle. Do you want to say goodbye to those love handles but don't know where to start? Would you love to wake up feeling full of energy and eager to start your day? My 21-day challenge is aimed specifically at helping you to lose excess weight, get your verve back and feel your best. It is focused on the JERF* method with no need to count calories or ever be hungry.
