About me


Hello, my name is Leila, a qualified nutritional therapist and health coach who works with and for women who have had enough of yo-yo dieting, who have tried every trick in the trade to lose weight but feel they are fighting a losing battle, finding it increasingly difficult to shift even 1 or 2 kilos.  I help women to get their mojo back, increase their confidence, and to love the way they look and feel.  Women who dream of rediscovering the joy of eating (alone and when socialising, at home and in restaurants) without constantly fretting about what the scales will have to say.

My mission is simple: to get you to smile inside and out.

After spending most of my life on diets, often frantically on the look out for the latest “miracle” solution, I decided it was time to find a long-term, healthy weight loss and eating plan which would release me from the stress and anxiety of a never-ending rollercoaster of dieting. 

I enrolled on a 3-year nutrition course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London where I learnt scientifically-backed facts about a healthy diet and lifestyle. Now as a fully qualified nutritional therapist and health coach, a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC), I will provide you with the tools and knowledge to enable you to lose those excess pounds, maintain a healthy weight and give your body the nutrients it needs to make you look and feel amazing.

About nutritional therapy

Nutritional therapists help individuals to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing through diet and nutrition. Based on an evidence-based approach, using the latest research in nutrition and health sciences, your therapist will create a bespoke plan for you which incorporates diet and lifestlye tips, together with recommendations for supplements and testing (optional). This is supported by personalised coaching to help you make headway and overcome any mental or psychological blocks that might have prevented you from losing weight in the past.
